Yes, all the watches from OnTime Collection are covered by our two-year extensive Warranty.
OnTime Collection is the authorized seller of many brands, and the non-authorized seller to several others but, every watch from OnTime Collection is guaranteed to be:
* i. Protected by two year warranty.
* ii. 100% Genuine and Authentic with manufacturer’s serial number.
* iii. Shipped in its original box with its original packing and owner’s guide.
* iv. The warranty coverage is in effect for two years from the date of purchase on all brand name watches unless otherwise specified.

OnTime Collection will service every brand name watch sold on our website for a period of 1 to 3 years after purchase (depending on the brand). Watches that have symptoms of abnormally gaining time, losing time, or not keeping proper
time will be serviced under our warranty program. Our warranty does not cover “external damage” to the product. Improper repair or warranty service performed by someone other than OnTime Collection will void this warranty.
