Return and Exchange Policy

*You have the right to return/exchange the product within 5 working days.

* The product(s) must be unused – in its original packaging with labels and protective stickers intact – and still in the same new condition as when the watch was received.

* Product must not have been resized in any way, with links either added or removed.

*If you’re purchasing a Tissot watch and you are unsure about keeping the watch then please do not get the warranty card stamped or activate the warranty digitally as once the warranty of Tissot is activated we cannot return or exchange it.

*If you’ve purchased the watch online, you will have to mail the watch to OnTime Collection.

*One of our representative will inspec the watch and give you a cash refund within 7 days

*Products that have been pre ordered or purchasing during promotion/sale can not be returned or exchanged
